Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your password or you have entered your password wrong too many times, you can easily reset your password through the forgot password option.

To do this, simply click log in and select Forgot Password.

From there, you will need to enter the email that is associated with your account, and click Send Password Reset Email.

In the email, that you receive, there will be a link in blue. Click on this link and it will direct you to verify your account. A code will also be texted to the number on file. Once you enter this code, click Verify.

You can now enter your new password, and confirm your date of birth. Click Submit.

If you are not able to reset your password through the Forgot Password option, please email your request for a temporary password, along with a photo ID to our security team at security@ab.stardustcasino.com and from there, you will receive a temporary password within 24 hours.
