Interac e-Transfer

Interac eTransfer is a very popular payment method in all of Canada. You can use your bank account, from participating banks and Credit Unions, to make a withdrawal directly to your bank account.

To initiate a withdrawal:
  1. Select INTERAC from withdrawal methods, then enter the amount you would like to cash out.



  2. You will receive a notification that your withdrawal has successfully been requested.
          
  1. Within 1-3 business days, you will receive an email that your withdrawal has been received and an email/ SMS that will include your password.



  2. When ready to deposit the funds into your bank account, select "Deposit your Money"



  3. Select your bank logo or use the drop-down menu to select the bank you would like to transfer to.



  4. Once you select your bank, you will be required to enter the password sent by our payment provider (Wyzia).

    Please allow 1-2 business days for our payment provider to process the payment. You will receive an email with further instructions once it is processed.




    How do I set up AutoDeposit for Interac withdrawals?

    Setting up AutoDeposit is easy and will reduce the steps on future withdrawal requests. Once AutoDeposit t is set up, the funds will be automatically sent to your bank account without the need to enter a password, answer security questions, or log in to your bank. 



    The availability of the Autodeposit feature, along with the experience to register, will vary by the financial institution.


    Registering For Interac e-Transfer Autodeposit
    1. Start by logging into your banking or mobile app.
    2. Search for Autodeposit in the Interac e-Transfer section.
    3. Register your email address and link the preferred account to it.
    4. Finish by clicking “Complete Registration” in the confirmation email.
