Why can't I add a new deposit method?

Certain deposit methods such as debit/credit cards have a maximum number of unique cards/accounts that can be used. If you have already reached the maximum number of cards, you will need to remove one or more of them before you can add any additional cards. You can do this by updating the "My transaction methods" under the Cashier settings.
